Industrial plant licensing and regulatory compliance
Complete support for regularizing your industrial plant — AVCB (fire safety), MAPA, VISA and CNEN. Titan guides the whole process; licenses are issued exclusively by the competent authorities.
AVCB
- Fire Department inspection certificate, required for legal plant operation.
MAPA
- Product registration in the agricultural supply chain (e.g., copper and zinc salts as micronutrients).
VISA
- Health Surveillance Agency licenses for products that touch food (e.g., tin solders for packaging).
CNEN
- Licensing of mining-industrial facilities with NORM materials (tin, tantalum and niobium frequently carry natural uranium and thorium): radiological protection programs, material classification, monitoring and coordination with the National Nuclear Energy Commission.
Technical scope
Positioning note
Titan does not issue licenses — no private firm does. The competent authorities (Fire Department, MAPA, Health Surveillance Agency and CNEN) are solely responsible for issuing them. What Titan does is guide the client from start to finish: advises, defines the correct activities and classification, prepares the documentation and conducts the process until the license is obtained.
What we deliver
Assessment of regulatory classification, definition of required activities and documents, preparation of applications and follow-up with the authority — your plant operates legally, from start to finish.
